Aden, July 5, 2021, SPA -- King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Project for clearing mines in Yemen (Masam) dismantled, during June 26 to July 2, a total of 2,008 mines, including 63 anti-personnel mines, 793 anti-tank mines, 1,141 unexploded ordnance and 11 explosive devices. Since the beginning of the project, as many as 259,984 mines have been dismantled. The project seeks to clear Yemeni lands of the mines that have been randomly planted by the Houthi militia in residential areas, schools and roads all over Yemen.
