Abu Dhabi, May 10, 2021, SPA -- The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the attempts of the Iranian-backed terrorist Houthi militia to systematically and deliberately target the civilians and civilian objects in Khamis Mushait, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through a bomb-laden UAV, which was intercepted by the coalition forces. In a statement issued today, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation affirmed that the continuation of these terrorist attacks by the Houthi group reflects its blatant challenge to the international community and disregard for all international laws and norms. The Ministry reiterated the UAE’s full stand and solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding these terrorist attacks, stressing that the UAE-Saudi security is indivisible, affirming that any threat to the Kingdom is considered by the UAE as a threat to its security and stability.
