Riyadh, February 28, 2021, SPA -- The Secretary General of the Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross Organization (ARCO) Dr. Saleh bin Hamad Al-Tuwaijri has described the terrorist Houthi militia's launch of drones and a ballistic missile towards the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to target civilians as a violation of international conventions and the rules of international humanitarian law stipulated in 1949 Geneva Conventions and their 1977 Additional Protocols.
