Riyadh, Mar. 09, 2021, SPA -- The Saudi Central Bank has decided to cancel the license of Aoun Finance Company, once assigned by the bank to carry out activities of financing small and medium size enterprises, leasing financing and consumer financing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In a statement, the bank pointed out that the decision of the license cancellation, taken on March 04, 2021, was based on a letter from the company, requesting the cancellation of the company's license, following the decision of the company's extraordinary general assembly upon a call of the owner of the capital for voluntary liquidation of the company and appointing a lawyer for the liquidation.
