Tunis, December 22, 2020, SPA -- The Sixth Arab Housing Conference held here today an extraordinary virtual session with the participation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to a group of organizations and researchers specialized in this field. In an inauguration speech, Tunisian Minister of Equipment, Housing and Infrastructure, Kamal Doukh, said that the conference represents an opportunity to exchange views and experiences on issues related to housing from various participating Arab countries. For his part, on behalf of Secretary General of the League of Arab States, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Assistant Secretary General of the League, Kamal Hassan, stressed in his speech the need to develop policies and strategies to reduce random construction and provide decent housing in the Arab world.
