Oil posts biggest daily gain since June

Washington, September 16, 2020, SPA -- Oil on Wednesday posted its biggest daily gain since June, following a drop in U.S. crude and gasoline inventories and as Hurricane Sally forced some U.S. offshore production to shut. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures surged $1.88, or 4.9 percent, to $40.16.
