Abu Dhabi, August 17, 2020, SPA -- Dr. Anwar Mohammed Gargash, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, met here today with UN envoy to Yemen Martin Griffiths who is currently visiting Abu Dhabi. During the meeting, Dr. Gargash was briefed on the efforts with regard to a ceasefire and progress of the political peace process in Yemen. For his part, the UAE minister appreciated the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s great role in supporting peace and stability in the region, particularly Riyadh Agreement.
