6 Saudi Projects Qualify to Compete in Global Finals of Entrepreneurship World Cup

Riyadh, September 9, 2020, SPA -- The National Finals of the Entrepreneurship World Cup, organized by the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk), was concluded virtually on Monday. 6 Saudi projects out of 14 participating entrepreneurial projects qualified to compete in the global final alongside the top 100 nominated startups, which were chosen among 174,000 applicants worldwide. Talon Dust Control won the first place by providing practical solutions for dust control and soil stabilization in the Arab Gulf region. (Edama Organic Solutions) came in second by recycling waste in innovative ways, while (Brightsign) won the third place by developing a smart glove for sign language translation. (Upskillable), which implemented unique solutions to develop people and help employers to make appropriate employment decisions, came in the fourth place, while the artificial intelligence company (Peregrine) came in fifth place, and (Miqyas), which works to increase the efficiency of E-commerce companies in the fashion sector ranked sixth.
