252 Citizens Arrive at King Abdulaziz international Airport, Coming from London as Part of Trips Intended for Citizens Return

Jeddah, April 14, 2020, SPA – The King Abdulaziz international Airport in Jeddah received this morning 252 male and female citizens coming from the British capital London via Heathrow International Airport within the scheduled flights intended to return citizens abroad to the homeland via Saudi Arabian Airlines plane . This great step comes upon the directives of the Saudi Arabia's prudent leadership and its keenness on safety and health health of citizens abroad in light of the outbreak of Coronavirus (COIVD19) Pandemic. Upon arrival, they were received by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Health, and the General Authority of Civil Aviation. The citizens were subjected to all health and preventive measures against the coronavirus (COVID-19). The health and preventive measures included (12) stages that start from the airport of the country of departure until the arrival and leave of the airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All arrived citizens will be quarantined for a period of 14 days in guest houses set by the Ministry of Tourism and supervised by the Ministry of Health to conduct the health procedures adopted to combat the coronavirus epidemic.
