Riyadh, August 19, 2020, SPA -- The Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), represented by the General Department of Business Technology, has obtained a quality certificate in the Information Technology Service Management (ISO / IEC 20000-1: 2018). This achievement comes as a result of the digital transformation project recently launched. The department worked to improve and document internal technical procedures in line with the best international technical practices, as internal procedures were documented and automated, the technical services management system was developed and a better experience for users was provided through several development stages that the department went through to raise the level of performance and quality, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which seeks to raise the quality of services and enhance competencies.
