Jeddah, March 19, 2021, SPA -- Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen condemned, in strong terms, the terrorist attack on the Riyadh oil refinery by drones. In a statement announced today, Al-Othaimeen affirmed that this attack is a terrorist, subversive and coward act, stressing that the attacks on the vital facilities do not only target the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, but they also affect energy supplies' security and stability in the world, and constitute a threat to the civilians' lives.
