Riyadh, November 02, 2020, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has sent a message of condolences to President Rodrigo Duterte of the Republic of the Philippines for the victims of the typhoon that struck Philippines.
