Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Makes Phone Call to Indian Prime Minister

NEOM, September 9, 2020, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud made a phone call today to Prime Minister Narendra Modi of the Republic of India. During the call, they discussed the work of the G20 being presided over by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia this year and the efforts made within its meetings to address the COVID-19 pandemic and mitigate its implications. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques affirmed the importance that the G20 countries continue to exert efforts to mitigate implications of the pandemic on the peoples and global economy. For his part, the Indian Prime Minister hailed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's distinct leadership of the group's meetings, expressing his confidence that the world would benefit from the outcomes of the G20 meetings.
