Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadhli extended thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense on the occasion of issuance of a noble royal decree approving a new ecological law.
