Saudi Speaker of Shura Council Meets with Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs

Rabat, February 25, 2020, SPA -- Saudi Speaker of the Shura Council, Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh, met here yesterday with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans residing abroad, Nasser Bourita. At the outset of the meeting, the Speaker of the Shura Council stressed the importance of bilateral relations between the two countries, and the need to work on developing them in all fields, in order to achieve the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and King Mohammed VI of Morocco. For his part, the Minister affirmed that Saudi-Moroccan relations are strong with a strategic and decade-long relationship, expressing his appreciation for Saudi Arabia's roles in supporting Morocco on various issues.
