Qardho, Puntland, May 05, 2020, SPA -- King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) provided yesterday urgent response and relief assistance for the people affected by the torrents that hit Qardho District, Puntland. The assistance includes the distribution of 1,000 food baskets weighing 90 tons, benefiting 6,000 individuals. Puntland Minister of Women and Family Affairs has extended thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense for the support of the Somali people in all circumstances. The Director of KSrelief branch in Africa stated that 3,000 food basket will be distributed as a prat of the response plan.
