Riyadh, Nov. 26, 2019, SPA -- Saudi Electronic University (SEU) has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Center for Media and Arab-Russian Studies, to benefit from the Arabic online program for non-native speakers, cooperation between the two sides and exchange of knowledge and culture.
