Riyadh, October 15, 2019, SPA -- The President of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA), Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Qassim, received here today the President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Dr. Peter Maurer and his accompanying delegation.
