Khartoum, Nov. 22, 2019, SPA -- The Third Arab Poetry Festival in Khartoum kicked off here yesterday, in the presence of Sudanese Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Intisar El-Zein Soughayroun, Saudi Ambassador to Sudan Ali bin Hassan Jafar and a number of senior officials.
