Riyadh, January 17, 2019, SPA -- The Director of Public Security, General Khalid bin Qarar Al-Harbi, received here today the Secretary General of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers Dr. Mohammed bin Ali Koman, who congratulated him on the royal order appointed him as Director of Public Security.
