Makkah, July 07, 2019, SPA -- Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Mohammed Saleh bin Taher Benten received here today Niger's Hajj and Umrah Commissioner Djibril Boukari. During the meeting, they discussed issues pertaining to the affairs of Niger's pilgrims this year 1440H., as well as the necessary arrangements made to facilitate performing their rituals.
