Brussels, October 3, 2019, SPA -- The Secretariat General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Member States and the European Commission of the European Union (EU) concluded here yesterday a discussion of negotiations of free trade and the new EU approach adopted by the EU in its negotiations with other countries and economic groups at present.
