Makkah, April 22, 2020, SPA -- Muslim World League (MWL) has launched a number of initiatives covering 15 states and international organizations aiming to mitigate the effects of coronavirus COVID-19 epidemic as part of a prompt response that meets measures imposed by the United Nations and the WHO as well as governments of the beneficiary countries. MWL's official spokesman Abdulwahab Al-Shihry, who is also director of information and communication department, said his organization is embarked on a comprehensive plan to alleviate the impacts of COVID-19 on the epidemic-hit countries in Asia, Africa and Europe.
