Riyadh, Nov. 27, 2019, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has issued a royal order, promoting a number of public prosecutors each to the rank of chief of investigation and prosecution department at the Public Prosecution office.
