Paris, Dec. 09, 2019, SPA -- The President of Human Rights Commission (HRC) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Dr. Awwad bin Saleh Al-Awwad met here today with the French Minister of State for Foreign and European Affairs Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne. During the meeting, they discussed ways to strengthen relations between the two friendly countries, especially with regard to human rights. Dr. Al-Awwad cast light on the reforms witnessed by the Kingdom in the field of human rights, citing the issuance of 60 decisions advocating all aspects of human rights, explaining that the Kingdom is still looking forward to achieving more in this field. For his part, the French minister of state for foreign affairs and European affairs has praised the reforms that the Kingdom is witnessing in various fields, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Pricnce, citing women's empowerment, and noting the strengthen of relations that bind the two friendly countries. --SPA 00:32 LOCAL TIME 21:32 GMT 0048 www.spa.gov.sa/w1225472
