Riyadh, Rabi'I 2, 1440, Nov 10, 2018, SPA -- Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) expressed pride, at granting the GCC secretariat permanent observer status, on the TRIPS Committee on trade-related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights.
