Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, Shawwal 17, 1438, July 11, 2017, SPA --  The search and rescue teams of the border guard in Tabuk region have successfully rescued a 63-year-old citizen who was almost drowning while swimming in Bida Beach on the coast of Tabuk Region.
