Riyadh, Dhu-AlQa'dah 06, 1439, July 19, 2018, SPA -- The Ministry of Media today held a symposium on the importance of liberating the Governorate of Saada from the Houthis grip, describing the governorate as the grass roots of the problem and aspiration of believers in liberty and freedom. The symposium was held in the participation of a number of tribesmen of Saada, officials and media men. At the outset of the symposium, the tribal leaders of Saada expressed thanks to the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for its firm stand by the side of Yemeni people and support for their legitimate government, led by President Abdrabbou Mansour Hadi. Their thanks also went to KSrelief for the humanitarian and relief works helping the needy to survive amid tough circumstances resulting from the war. The once food basket of all-out Yemen has turned to be a zone of ghosts and ruins due to the Houthi usurping power depriving people from practicing natural life, they said, adding that the Houthis also turned the peaceful governorate and city to a platform of launching missiles against Yemen's neighbor. They said Iran tried in vain to introduce a new version of Lebanese Hezbollah into Yemen but was confronted by Yemenis faith dedicated to Sunna of Prophet Mohammed (pbuh). They urged the government and the Coalition forces not to listen to Houthis calls for faked ceasefire, and, instead, called on the authorities to continue struggle until victory, describing ceasefire calls as projected truce to enable the enemy to breathe and come back on the battlefield. --SPA 21:20 LOCAL TIME 18:20 GMT 0035 www.spa.gov.sa/w719158
