Khaled bin Qarar Al-Harbi and Commander of the Special Security Forces Major General Mofleh bin Salim Al-Otaibi with their new ranks, wishing them every success in serving their religion and homeland. For their part, they thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the royal trust bestowed on them, appealing to Allah Almighty to support them in performing their duties.
