Riyadh, Rabi'II 21, 1438, January 19, 2017, SPA -- Interior Ministry's security spokesman said that as part of efforts to return Saudis arrested outside the kingdom, citizen Jubran bin Saad bin Waze' Al-Qahtani had been returned from Guantanamo Bay prison and had arrived in the kingdom this Thursday evening. His family was informed of his arrival and all arrangements had been prepared for their reunion, the spokesman said.
