Abuja, Shawwal 18, 1438, Jul 12, 2017, SPA -- At least 16 people were killed in a string of suicide bombings in north-eastern Nigeria, emergency services said Wednesday. Witnesses reported explosions near a restaurant, a security checkpoint and a court building in the city of Maiduguri late Tuesday. Some reports said there were two explosions near the court house, dpa reported. The fatalities included four female suicide bombers, said Alhaji Dan Bata from the Borno State Emergency Agency.
