Khartoum, Dhu-AlQa'dah 19, 1438, Aug 11, 2017, SPA -- Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Sudan, Ali bin Hassan Jaafar has stressed that serving pilgrims, Umrah performers and visitors and enabling them to perform Haj and Umrah rituals easily is the Kingdom's inevitable duty. In his speech at the ceremony organized by the Ministry of Guidance and Endowments in Sudan on the occasion of the departure of the first batch of Sudanese pilgrims to Makkah at Khartoum International Airport last night, the ambassador Ali Jaafar called on pilgrims to focus on the performance of Haj rituals and not to pay attention to what disturbs this great worship. He conveyed to the Sudanese pilgrims the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and highlighted his efforts to provide comfort to the pilgrims through the expansion of the holy sites. In turn, the Sudanese Minister of Guidance Abu Bakr Othman Ibrahim appreciated the level of cooperation between his Ministry and the Kingdom's embassy at Khartoum. --SPA 13:01 LOCAL TIME 10:01 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w464238
