United Nations, Dhu-Al-Qa'dah 10, 1438, August 02, 2017, SPA -- The United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterich strongly condemned today the attack targeted yesterday worshipers in a mosque in the Afghan city of Herat, killing at least 31 civilians, including two children, and injuring more than 60 others. In a statement , the UN Secretary General's spokesperson expressed condolence to the families of the victims, wishing the injured a speedy recovery and expressing solidarity with the people and the Government of Afghanistan.
