Third: The Cabinet approved to mandate the Minister of Culture and Information - or his deputy - to discuss with the Chinese side a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of information, between the Ministry of Culture and Information in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Office of the State Council of Information in the People's Republic of China. Fourthly: The Cabinet approved a memorandum of cooperation between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of Japan, on regulating the procedures for granting of visit visas to citizens of the two countries, signed in Tokyo on 15/6/1438 H. Sixth: The Cabinet decided to join to the multilateral agreement between competent authorities regarding the automatic exchange of financial account information and the common standard appendix on reporting due diligence of financial account information, signed in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia.
