A Royal Order issued here today, relieving Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Araj of his post as Minister of Civil Affairs and appointing Dr. Essam bin Saad bin Saeed, Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet, to serve as acting Minister of Civil Affairs.
