G20 Summit to Start in Chinese City of Hangzhou Tomorrow

Jeddah, Dhu-AlHijjah 1, 1437, Sep 3, 2016, SPA -- The Group of Twenty (G20) Summit will start tomorrow in Chinese City of Hangzhou. Upon the directive of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's delegation to the summit will be led by Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense. The G20 is an international forum for the governments and central bank governors from 20 major economies. The G20 heads of government or heads of state have periodically conferred at summits since their initial meeting in 2008, and the group also hosts separate meetings of finance ministers and central bank governors. The members include 19 individual countries - Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States - along with the European Union (EU). --SPA 17:18 LOCAL TIME 14:18 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
