Riyadh, Sha'ban 8, 1437, May 15, 2016, SPA -- In his own name and on behalf of the personnel of his organization, Dr. Abdullatif Al-Zayani, the Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), congratulated the GCC leaders and peoples on the 35th anniversary of the GCC foundation as well as the achievements so far reached. He paid tribute to all past and current leaders of the six-nation group who have exerted strenuous efforts to make the experience a success. He gave an account on the comprehensive accomplishments reached by the GCC in the political, security, economic and developmental fields. He lauded the prestigious status occupied by the group in the regional and international arenas in all fields.
