Riyadh, 07 Rabi'I, 1438,December 06, 2016, SPA -- The Secretary General of the Conference of Ministers of Endowments and Islamic Affairs of the Islamic world, Dr. Zaid bin Ali Al-dukkan, chaired the tenth meeting of the Standing Committee of specialists in Islamic affairs and endowments of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States started in Riyadh yesterday. The meeting attended by the Committee members from Ministries of Endowments and Islamic Affairs in the GCC countries discussed topics on its agenda including a unified mechanism to counter extremist ideas; the Center for Scientific Studies and Research in endowment field; media, strategic, educational and marketing awareness in the endowment field, and a draft memorandum of understanding between those responsible for the endowments of the Gulf Cooperation Council. -- SPA 13:04 LOCAL TIME 10:04 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w284257
