Kabul, Dhu-AlQa'dah 22, 1437, August 25, 2016, SPA -- At least four people were killed and six others were wounded in a roadside mine blast in Afghanistan's northern Balkh province on Thursday, officials said, according to dpa. "An investigation team is in Khulm district to find out more details," Sher Ahmad Durani, the police spokesman for Balkh province said. "Assadullah Ashrafi, a parliament member, was targeted," said Dr. Mohammad Afzal Hadid, a provincial council member from Balkh who is in Khulm district.
