Riyadh, Rajab 21, 1437, April 28, 2016, SPA -- The Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) announced on Thursday that Eng. Khalid Al-Falih was appointed as Chairman of Maaden's Board of Directors. The company said that the Board of Directors of the Public Investment Fund, the investment arm of the government, has decided to replace its representatives at Maaden's Board of Directors and appointed Eng. Khalid Bin Abdulaziz Al-Faleh as Chairman of the new Board of Directors.
