Signing MoC between Culture and Information Ministry and Turkey's Culture and Tourism Ministry Ankara, Dhu-AlHijjah 29, 1437, September 30, 2016, SPA -- Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Adel bin Zaid Al-Toraifi and Minister of Culture and Tourism of Turkey Nabi AVCI signed here today a memorandum of cooperation (MoC) in the field cultural. MoC signing held on the sidelines of the official visit paid by Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Minister of the Interior to the Republic of Turkey. The MoC provides for participation in cultural festivals organized in both countries, in addition to organizing Saudi cultural days in Turkey, and organizing similar Turkish cultural days in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
