In the cable, the king said, "Your triumphant return and ability to settle in the temporary capital of your country (Aden) reflects the victory that has been achieved with the praise of Allah and the ability with Allah's help of the Yemeni legitimate forces with support by the valiant Popular Resistance to speedily liberate Yemen and clear it from Huthi militias and their supporters for security and stability to prevail throughout happy Yemen in spite of haters and plotters." The king added, "As we commend this blessed step, we call on the Almighty Allah to grant you success and help and to establish security and stability in all parts of brotherly Yemen for it to come back as hoped by its people and by all of us, proud of its patriotism and resistant to the forces of evil, which wanted to rob it of its will and Arab identity."
