Amman, Dhu-AlQa'dah 03, 1436, August 18, 2015, SPA -- Saudi national campaign to support brothers in Syria has paid the costs of 278 birth operations for Syrian refugees in Lebanon since the first of the month of May to the end of June of last year, within the second phase of its program.
