Jubail, Rajab 29, 1436, May 18, 2015, SPA -- The Royal Commission for Jubail announced the organizing of the 22nd annual competition for memorizing the Holy Qur'an for the year 1436 AH, for all ages and levels of study for males and females at the level of the province of Al-Jubail and Jubail Industrial City.
