Fifth: The Cabinet authorized the Minister of Labor - or his deputy - to discuss with the Moroccan side a draft memorandum of understanding in the areas of labor between the Ministry of Labor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Employment and Social Affairs in the Kingdom of Morocco, sign it, and then submit the final version for completion of the statutory procedures. Sixth: The cabinet approved the following appointments: 1- Sultan bin Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Sultan to the job of ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 2- Mohammed bin Hussein bin Mohammed Madani to the job of Minister Plenipotentiary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 3- Khalid bin Mubarak bin Abdullah Al-Mubarak to the job of Minister Plenipotentiary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 4- Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Fahid to the job of Chief Justice Register (rank 14) at the Ministry of Justice. 5- Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Moghames Al-Moghames to the job of Chief Justice Register (rank 14) at the Ministry of Justice. 6- Salah bin Omar bin Saad Al-Sadhan to the job of minister's office director general (rank 14) at the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance. 7- Khalid bin Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Almrashwd to the job of Director General of the Ministry branch in Asir (rank 14) at the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance. 8- Mohammed bin Saleh bin Abdulrahman Al-Rwaita to the job of Director General of Customs of the Port of Yanbu (rank 14) at the General Customs Authority. The cabinet also reviewed the annual reports of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, Saudi Arabia Airways for previous financial years and issued the relevant instructions about them.
