Brussels, Jumada I 22, 1436, Mar 13, 2015, SPA -- Almost four years to the day since French fighter jets launched a contentious international bombing campaign in Libya, Europe is once again debating an intervention in the volatile North African country, dpa reported. Recent months have seen Libya descend towards full-fledged civil war as its plethora of militias - a legacy of the 2011 revolution against long-time leader Moamer Gaddafi - lined up behind rival governments. The oil-rich country is now split between internationally recognized authorities in the eastern city of Tobruk and rival institutions in the capital Tripoli, backed by militias. -- SPA 22:15 LOCAL TIME 19:15 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
