The Minister of Culture and Information said that the Cabinet hailed the contents of the speech delivered by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, upon receiving President of Youth Welfare Presidency, its officials and the heads of sports clubs as well as senior officials and people interested in sports and youth, in both the public and private sectors of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wise directives for the youth of the nation, the emphasis on the State's support for Youth and Sports and further promotion and development of this important sector. The Cabinet also expressed satisfaction with the strength of the Saudi national economy, as shown in two annual reports the 50th and 51st, of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, which reviewed the most prominent domestic and global economic developments. The Cabinet has noted that the national economy has achieved good results in the last year, where the real Gross Domestic Product grew by 5.3 %, and it is expected the continuation of the overall development of the economy during the current year and coming years under the leadership's wise directives, where the national economy witnessed a wide range of decisions and actions to restructure and regulate the economic sectors to raise the level of its efficiency and competitiveness as well as to support optimal operation of economic resources.
