Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques receives phone call from Turkey's President

Jeddah, Shawwal 12, 1436, July 28, 2015, SPA -- Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received on Monday a telephone call from President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Turkish Republic, during which they addressed the close ties between the two sisterly countries. During the telephone call, Turkey's President explained details of the military operations undertaken by the Turkish government against the ISIS terrorist organization and the insistence of Turkey to confront and counter terrorism by all ways and means. For his part, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques thanked and appreciated Turkey's President for his noble feelings, stressing that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia condemns the terrorist acts suffered by the sisterly Republic of Turkey and supports Turkey's right to defend itself and protect its citizens from terrorist acts. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques explained that the terrorist attacks suffered by Turkey confirmed that the ISIS organization and other terrorist organizations pose a threat to peace and security of the region and the world, which must be eliminated.
