Aden, May 9, 2020, SPA -- The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) continued here today financing the emergency response project for public hygiene and environmental sanitation. The KSRelief handed over hygiene supplies as well as 112 garbage containers to the Cleaning Fund and the Improvement of the City of Aden. The project, which was launched last month and will last for five months, benefiting 865,000 individuals, with pesticide spraying campaigns and the provision of garbage containers, contracting with 160 labors, in addition to providing fuel, and spare parts for waste transport machines, contracting with heavy equipment cars, and providing hygiene supplies, in order to reduce the spread of epidemics that result from the accumulation of waste, to achieve health security and environmental sanitation, and to ensure public safety in the direction of improving and sustaining basic services in the governorate.
