Ashgabat, Feb 20, 2020, SPA -- Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Turkmenistan Khalid bin Faisal Al-Sahali represented his country here today in "Neutrality policy and Peace Culture" conference held at the International Relations Institute in capital Ashgabat of the Turkmenistan, in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov.
